I really enjoyed the trip, but I would of liked one less day in the lodge and 2 day in the spa. I was unable to do anything else in the spa but the hot springs.

This has been one of the best adventure trips I have done. I enjoyed every part of our itinerary; beautiful places, fantastic food and people. All of our guides were simply amazing, especially our main guide, Milton. Even though we were a large group, Milton made every feel very comfortable and secure. His knowledge of Equator was simply amazing. Well planned, well executed trip Adventure desk! Thank you!

I'm still excited and energized following my recent trip to Western Newfoundland and hiking to the summit of Gros Morne. But it wasn't just one (1) hike that was spectacular; I enjoyed each and every hike! Our local guides were key to making the overall experience so memorable. They were knowledgeable, experienced hikers with a vast knowledge of the area and they were great storytellers as well. Once off the trails, the accommodations were comfortable and conveniently located for exploring the town. And then there's the food. I'm a picky eater and the options provided easily worked for my underdeveloped taste buds. I especially want to recognize Matt for his excellent coordination with the various individuals who were key to making the trip so interesting and enjoyable. Issues were handled quickly and with sensitivity. I am definitely looking forward to my next adventure!

Great trip! Well organized and clear instructions on what we were doing and times and what to wear. Milton was great! Lots of info about Ecuador culture etc. driver was amazing. AdventureDesk was very informative and detailed about the trip. Would have liked more info on tips specifically and I didn’t get info on the pickup time to the airport so I was going to book my own transport

Matt organized this trip for a group of hikers who wanted to experience the dramatic landscape and some of the culture of western Newfoundland. The hikes he selected ranged from the iconic scree trail up Gros Morne Mountain to winding coastal footpaths to off-trail forays up into the rough mantle rock. To lead us, Matt chose local guides Brent and Kevin. They were both skilled outdoorsmen and captivating storytellers who immersed us in Newfoundland’s culture and history during the 8-day trip. They were knowledgeable, enthusiastic, attentive and so much fun to be with. Matt took care of all the trip logistics. He kept us informed and on schedule, and had creative contingency plans for bad weather. There were unexpected surprises too, like the delightful gourmet dinner at the Pollen Nation Farm. Matt, many of us are watching for your next trip!
